must have had a change of staff and management. i live in town and used to hate coming here. lines always backed up, closed at... random times, wrong orders, etc. but it?s mcdonald?s so i don?t complain, just go about my day. however, as of the last fewmonths this place has been on it! friendly staff, always get fresh product, never wait in line for more than a couple ofminutes. shoutout to the night crew at this location specifically. you guys/gals are killing it!! So disrespectful service. Will not go back. I ordered mobile order curbside pick up. Called 3x times to ask for water and sauce... for nuggets no one answered the phone. The guy came out with order I asked for my sauce for my nuggets and a water he rolled hiseye told me to walk in the lobby is open. I said please bring it out i have a child in the car. they left me sitting there for10 minutes. Then I walked inside asked the manager for a water and and sauce. She ignored me said oh. Why is McDonald's in the US so bad? Or was it just this location? The service was rude, the fries were over fried maybe a ton of... times? And the fish from the file o fish has seen better days - the patty was just not crispy o made of fresh fish, I don't knowhow to describe it. I just threw this away. Horrible. Impossible to compare to the taste, quality and service in Europe. Read more
