Obligatory 'would give 0 stars if i could'. 100% do not recommend this place. My burger was dry, tasted way too much like a farm... for what I got(dork patty), my egg wasn't done right, and they forgot a topping. The servers didn't care at all, and the chefsaid 'it was my problem because i ordered it' and didn't comp me for it when I sent it back. The manager wasn't there and thenthey called him so i could 'talk to him on the phone'. Absolutely laughable service and awful place. Read more
Food was good but prices were outdated and there was a service fee neither of which were mentioned on the menu or when seated.... Only brought up after I questioned the prices and was told prices were updated when Covid came. So almost 3 years later theyhave yet to update their menus or upfront honesty with customers. Service was slow and servers were a bunch of stoned college drop outs. Food was lukewarm and fries were dried out and old... tasting. Dipping sauces came out well after we finished eating. The whole reason we came was because we won a $50 gift card froma radio station. When it was time to settle the check the kid running the restaurant said "unfortunately our new owners don'ttake gift cards." As if that's my problem. Honor it anyway and get a 5 star review. Nope, instead everyone I know is going tohear about the extremely negative experience we had. This place has really fallen off. New owners should fire themselves. Read more
Went here two consecutive days for lunch while at an event nearby. Both times the food and drinks were excellent! The service... was great the first day, but the second it was a little lacking; that day it was a bit busier and the server said that theyhadn't been serving very long, so I think it was more of a fluke than a real problem. I would still highly recommend this place!Wish I had a reason to check out their event space next door; it seems really cool! Read more
Pick up and dine in are both great. Little longer wait for food in dine-in, but worth the wait. If you dont mind the calories,... this is the place to go to if you are in downtown bellevue. The shakes are amazing. Do not come here and not get one. Thestaff is very friendly, and always with a smile. Push the button on the left wall when you come in if nobody is hosting. Fullbar, plenty of seating. Little on the pricey side. Will be back often. Read more
Came here for lunch and it was amazing! The fried pickles were the best I've ever had! Mik was really nice! The burgers are... delicious and good sizes! The onion rings and sweet fries are perfect!
