Good place for a traditional Chinese hotpot. The broth is one of the spiciness but still very flavorful. The ingredients are... immense with very good offering of sauces and condiments. The restaurant vibe is good. Read more

As a hotpot lover, I love this place. The broth for the personal hotpot is nice and you can choose rice noodles or rice so it is... pretty fulfilling. Not sure about the big hotpot but would definitely like to try. Read more

Best hotpot I’ve been to in the US, the sauce and sides bar reminded me of the nicer hotpot restaurants in Shanghai when I... went. The beef tallow added to the soup, beef/lamb meat platter, handmade noodles, and 3-second tofu skin were very good. Theyhad a lot of veggie options/soup to choose so its friendly to any vegetarians as we had one at our table. We spent $40-$50 perperson, but that was with drinks and being very full at the end to have takeout leftovers. Making an reservation 5+ hours beforemade it quicker to be seated on a Saturday night. What was most memorable however was our server Lily/Lilith and other staffwho were especially attentive and kind/welcoming, they saw us four younger cousins were celebrating a birthday and they cameover and gave complimentary food, treats out the door and a surprise of singing happy birthday in the middle of the meal. Thanksfor an exceptional effort and dinner. :) Read more

Really worth of the waiting! It’s the best hotpot I’ve had in Canada! Recommend the green pepper beef tripe!

Great hotpot place in Bellevue. We tried 4 different broth (Premium beef oil, tomato soup, duck with Chinese pickled radish... soup, and Seafood with Tom Yum) and they all turned out pretty good. I would recommend calling in advance to make reservationsespecially on weekends. We were seated promptly and they even gave us the private room in the back. Service was fast andefficient. Ingredients were good and fresh. Read more

Parking: Good, plenty of wide spots; Price: $$$$. Can easily got 100/person. Service: Poor. Their altitudes were ok but as... busy as Sun of December’s Seattle. Never able to come to help unless you keep asking and waving and begging. Too much tableswith too little servants. Food quality: TERRIBLE. see my photo. I never see any hotpot restaurant dare to serving meat withsoft bone inside. Soup like cooked from yesterday. Kelp has sand, Youtiao is hard as stone. This is the worst experience I hadfor hotpot even in Seattle area. So extremely not recommended, don’t come here unless you heard they fire current manager orfinally figuring out while happy lamb got 1 hours wait queue and they don’t. Read more

There weren’t many hot pot restaurants in great Seattle area. I really like the Liuyishou store in NYC. However, not too much... for this store in Seattle. The store was very crowded. The complimentary side dishes tasted bad. The dipping oil didn’t tastegood. I guess it didn’t contain much sesame oil in it, probably mostly other kinds of cheap veggie oil. The soup base alsodidn’t taste very spicy or delicious. The food quality was good enough though. Based on the price range, I felt Chengdu Memoryor Haidilao would be better choices. Read more
