Delicious sandwich, terrible service. I called 5 min before closing to place a 8 sandwich delivery order for the next day, they... wouldn?t take my order because they closed down the computers! I tried placing an order online, what a nightmare! No boxed lunchTurkey Tom?s!?!?!When I ordered a Turkey Tom and made it a combo, the sandwich would not show up in the cart, only the sides. Noproblem ordering the #11, #10, & #12 . I tried using the app on my computer and on my phone, wasted too much time trying toplace an order for delivery or pick-up, awful program. I ordered a meal for immediate delivery. After 30 minutes of waiting, I called the shop. They assured me that my order was on... its way... 20 minutes later still no delivery. I called the shop back and respectfully voiced my frustration. I told them Ideserved a refund for the extended amount of time they made me wait. The manager was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL! He rudely saidokay, and then HUNG UP ON ME. This restaurant does not know hot to treat their customers, and needs to learn what the term"customer service" truly means. Read more
