Out of avocado due to recall. They forgot to add peppers to the sandwich. You gotta watch them make it to make sure it's right.

Terrible experience. They wouldn?t take my order because they had too many online orders. Worst service I?ve seen in a while.

Opened doors and turned on free smells sign before 11am. Employees stared at us for a while and acted disgusted when coming... through the doors to order when we showed up 7 minutes before "open." Needless to say... unfortunately have to go to Subway nextdoor now ?? Read more

Nice clean place. Friendly and efficient service. The food was good too. They have funny quotes from people. I would eat here... again. Good job! Read more

Both website and Google were incorrect with the business hours. I even called a few minutes before the store closed (during the... new hours) and no one picked up. I arrived to see that the store closes at 3pm. (Both I and a few other potential customers wereleft frustrated and without sandwiches) Read more

Did a quick sandwich pickup here. Food was ready quicky and was solid as usual! Staff are all masked up and very polite. Only... issue with this place is the parking lot which is a little cramped, especially at busy hours, but that's Factoria for you. Willgo again! Read more

Love their Italian club sandwich and roast beef sandwich, two of my all-time favorites. Rarely does Jimmy John's ever... disappoint. When they say freaky fast, I can say quite frankly, and being that my name is Frank, that Jimmy John's here inFactoria is true to their slogan. The only complaint I would say that I have is that the last time I ordered a sandwich fromthis particular establishment, it took almost an hour. I understand that perhaps they are more busy than usual with deliveryorders but it would be courteous to inform your customers up front that you will be longer than expected. The delivery personwho dropped off my food had somewhat of an attitude. However, I do like their sandwiches so I will be ordering from them again. If I'm really hungry, I'll go for the 16 inch sandwich. I'm a fairly large guy. Jimmy John's has sandwiches fit for a guy likeme Read more

The factoria store got my order wrong - not sure how, as I was the only person ordering at the time. Didn't find out about it... until I got to my office with no chance of getting back out. Called the store and the manager was willing to make it right, butsince I was a block outside of their surprisingly small delivery area they would only bring the correct order out to me if adriver was willing to go. So correcting their mistake was only a viable option if it was convenient for them. Otherwise, it wasOK with this franchise that I'd end up very hungry for the rest of the day. So turned out that a driver was willing to comeout, and I appreciate that. And this place is probably no better and no worse than any other Jimmy John's. Personally, for thetime lost and aggravation suffered, I see no reason why I would ever go to Jimmy John's again since they've got plenty ofcompetition in the area. But if you DO go to a Jimmy John's: I realize that they tape the paper on the sandwiches, but youwould be wise to open them up while you are still in the store and save yourself the trouble. Read more
