Honestly just not a good Jack in the Box Have ordered milkshakes 3 times now at the location on separate occasions (strawberry,... oreo, oreo) and every time the milkshake has barely been mixed with very little outside of Vanilla every single time. Today Iordered a strawberry shake that I received basically white with almost no discernable flavor outside of vanilla. Verydisappointing. Read more

The young man who works nights is an all star. I'm pretty sure he's doing it all alone. He provides great fast customer service... and keeps the drive through moving along. While making great food. I wish I kept my reciept and could put your name. He hasapikey black hair and a nose ring. He's awesome. He deserves a raise. Who ever works that night crew does. I ordered double box total amount 6.59. I give her 20.59(1 quarter, 3 dime, 4 penny) and she says I only give her 20.50. That... is fine which i can make mistake. I told her I will give 10 cents, so I can get dollar bills instead of changes and she replyregister is close and give me changes and when she hand me mo ey she drop money to ground which I had to pick it up. She forgotto give drink and I had to ask for drink drink lid was damaged and almost spill to myself. Person who serve me doesn't seem careabout her job and doesn't understand service. @jackinthebox! Trying to get your attention here! Your employee threatened to call the police on my family over some tacos!!... They never gave us the receipt, we tried telling them that they forgot the tacos, we started to record on video and I?m glad wedid! She flat out said she refused to serve us and was going to call the cops. We have the right to record if we feel the needto protect ourselves. You guys really need to retrain or check in with how your employees are doing. They represent yourcompany. So tell me, what will be done? Read more
We got off a late flight after midnight and tried visiting the Renton location (was supposed to be open 24 hours). No one was... staffing the drive through. So we drove over to this Bellevue location (also 24 hours). Likewise, all the lights were on, thedrive through board was lit up, but no one was staffing it either. Not sure why Jack in the Box lists their local locations asopen 24 hours if they are clearly not. Fortunately, at least a nearby Taco Bell was staffed that night. Read more
Customer service was friendly and took my order perfectly. Nice young lady was very good and professional. But my Strawberry... shake tasted like warm cream no ice cream or cold shake part at all. And their expensive to swap the soda out for the milkshakewhen ordering combo. To get that type of shake was very frustrating lol. When I got home I tried to save it and make it tastegood I put it in the freezer hoping that would do the trick but it still was just mostly cream tasting no ice cream in it. So Ihad to give up on it and dump it. Didn?t even get three sips total waste and the burger was ok. But a tad too dry overall. I?mso sorry to complain I try not to as much if it?s necessary to help the buisness to take constructive criticism and make it turnaround and better for it in the long run. Thanks -John Read more
The guy who was taking orders in drive through is so rude and inconsiderate jerk. I go there almost 3times a week but mostly... people are nice. So what happen placed no. 10 order which is combo he asked me do you want cheese or not? I said no cheese. WhenI got to windows it was on sandwich no combo ok it?s fine. I said can make medium fries the guy on register ask the guy on phonedid he placed order of fries? He said no started talking to me rudely if you need fries you have to go back to queue with don?ttake order on windows.
