How was Jack in the Box? Disappointing. Quick morning stop for snacks. Coworker got a full breakfast meal and liked it. I... ordered $4 worth of fries. Walked out to the truck and the fries are cold. Went back inside with them and interrupted theassistant m's texting. Told her about it. She looked at me like I specifically ordered cold fries which I'm pretty sure I didnot. Just stared at me and shrugged. Since I'm the driver we won't be going back here. Sorry Jack. Read more

This is a good clean JnB. Not very fast but usually not that busy and always friendly. Sorry to see their dining room is still... closed since Covid-- hopefully it will re-open someday.. You can't go wrong with the seasoned curly fries and the friedjalapeño poppers are expensive but delicious (and deceptively hot.. so be careful biting into them.) Read more

There drive thru reader board is advertising $6.99 combo. They were charging over $8. There employees said that they don't... have to honor the board price. They use it just to get people in. The district manager was in agreement with deceitfuladvertising. Read more

Do NOT visit this trash location, you?ll regret it, I know I did. WORST fast food experience of my life, no exaggeration. I just... visited this location tonight, and I ordered a chicken tater melt meal and they handed me a box and said I was good to go. WhenI opened the box when I got home, my sandwich, the main item of the meal wasn?t even in the box. Just two tacos with no tacosauce on them, so tasted real bland and gross. And the fries were cold and soggy. Pretty sure the workers didn?t want to cookfood so they just put in the least amount of effort possible to appear like my order was complete. Wasted 9$ for trash food, andfor food I never even received. Read more

Went to get breakfast. Sat there trying to get someone to answer the drive thru. I saw employees while I pulled in. After not... answering I drove out and saw all 4 of them just talking to one another instead of doing their jobs. Read more

Dirty, front doors were locked at 7pm on a Friday even though they claim the lobby is open for pickup, short staffed, no... inventory management skills. The last time I went I saw that they were providing extremely delayed service to the point thatI just left without placing an order because they had stopped taking any orders, everything was at a standstill. I don't knowwhat they are doing wrong back there but I do know that I do not have all day and night to wait for them to resume taking ordersfor food and then have to wait eons to receive it. The time before last they had no tacos, as in they failed order any or enoughand they didn't have any to sell. The time before that the tacos were burned. I'm tired them repeatedly wasting my time and gas.Never going back again. Save yourself some time, effort, and money and just don't bother with this location. Read more

Usually JIB is pretty consistent with cleanliness, food and service which is why I search them out. Also I have food issues and... am limited in my choices. But this was the worst service, overcooked food, more expensive than many better restaurants and along wait (we had to pull over to wait from the drive through)...not only that, the guy forgot some of the order and we had togo back into the JIB to get what we needed. Pretty upset that the person cooking these still boxed these burnt onion rings up instead of frying up new ones. I wouldn't have... minded waiting if the employees would have been forthcoming and saying that they needed to make me more since these were burnt.The drive thru nor the dining room was busy. I would have gone back in and asked for new ones but I had deliveries to make anddidn't have time. If you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it. Read more
