This is the poorest quality of food i have come across in recent times. The patty inside the cheeseburger is 30% smaller &... towards the end it?s like eating bun & ketchup. Overall the patty seemed reheated & not the freshest of food. Certainly a placeto avoid. Read more
The service was great and friendly and fast. The fries were great. Two stars for the crispy fries. The burger was mediocre at... best - kind of dry, a thin dry patty and American cheese that lacked any kind of flavor. Expensive for what you get, but a tasty, fresh burger and great Jones soda. Crinkle cut fries aren't necessarily to my taste,... but they were well-made and fresh! Staff was nice and friendly. Read more
First and last time for me. I saw that they had a veggie burger on the menu, decided to give it a try. Read the description of... the burger as noticed that it said ?make it a bacon veggie?. That sounded intriguing. Veggie bacon? Luckily I asked what thebacon was made out of as I assumed it was some kind of Soy, however vegetarians BE AWARE!, the bacon is regular pork bacon. Themenu can easily be misleading. Staff: Well, won?t say much here but no one seemed to care much about customer service. But thenagain, I shouldn?t be expecting too much from a mall eatery. Food quality: The veggie patty was full of oil, worst veggie pattyI?ve ever had. Fries were not so bad. Final verdict: it was good to try it once as I walked by it many times and always wantedto give it a try but it is certainly the last time I will eat there. Read more
Ordered a double heart attack which came swimming to me on the sea of oil. Large strawberry milkshake was ok but the straw... supplied was so thin that my eyes popped out when trying to drink .thank goodness spoons were supplied as they came to myrescue, all i needed was a few sprinkles and m&m's and the shake would have been a mcflurry. So are there any positive things ican take away from this life changing experience, sadly not. Will i come back. Hell no. On a plus note i Did enjoy the luckydipexperience when ordering. Menu on the board has no images and very sterile, likened to this eating experience. $20 later mywallet is somewhat lighter. Read more
Location: RIGHT NEXT TO STARBUCKS (2nd floor?center of the mall, about 80 feet away from the elevators). No complaints! First... visit today 9/20/18, had a double cheese with bacon combo and it was delish. Quality beef, 7 out of 10 on the bacon (certainlybetter than the Seattle average - but not blissful like Red Mi, Lot No. 3 and Purple), tasty, perfectly salted crinkle-cutfries. Didn?t try a shake, but the locally made real beer was very good. Give ?em a go! Read more
