Show up on a Sunday night after looking online to see it they are open. It says they are open until 9pm, but when I get there... it says 7pm on a hand made sign. My kids love this place but for a while, it has been super hard to justify taking my business to them. The prices are going up... but the quantity of ice cream in the cup is going down every visit, no matter what size you buy. Last visit, the experience wasalso pretty bad since the associate was super distracted by the growing line. Even after pointing out, they got our orderwrong. Read more
I haven?t been to a coldstone in about 10 years not because I don?t like it, but just due to health mostly. Got a little... nostalgic for it and was welcomed with excellent service. Had a tricky order and they took care of me and went above and beyond.The store manager clearly cares about her customers and crew and the service from the team was swift And accurate. You remindedme why I missed cold stone and I think I will be back will my family much sooner then the next decade. ;) Read more
They don?t open at 11am they open at 12pm. Make a sure you call before you go because you never know? UPDATE: I won?t be going... back to this store. The manager was totally unreasonable and tried to up charge me. When I asked why the price difference fromlast week she replied that the price went up. Completely a lie. Just a nasty lady overall. I recommend taking 10 more mins to goto the other cold stone. Read more
