This is the best breakfast! Staffs are very nice. Potato Soup and B.L.T is my favorite menu.

Some of the kindest service I've had. Turkey club was incredibly well done with toasty bread. Added free cookies to our group... order. Would absolutely return! Read more

I didn't realize City Soups served breakfast until I walked by! I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was really good. The staff... behind the counter was very kind and professional so I'll definitely be getting breakfast here again!! Read more

Stopped by here for lunch and was craving a good soup and sandwich... Ordered a Rueben and a cup of chowder. My buddy got a BLT... and tomato soup. Both our sandwiches were phenomenal, good bread, a hint of sweetness to the Rueben, not a heaping portion likeI'm used to but a good enough size to fill me up at the end of my meal. The soup however - despite previous reviews - was notgood. The chowder was very bland, which I couldn't understand why, as clam chowder is heavy cream based. It wasn't very chunkyeither, lots of just watery spoonfuls of blandness. I thought it was a fluke or the pot wasn't stirred up (still possible) butmy buddy ate his tomato soup and said the same, just watery and no flavor. So I won't recommend that nor dock their entirebusiness for it as I will try again another day to see if it was a fluke, but I will say the sandwiches are legit! Everythingon the menu is pretty much $8.99-$9.99 so a soup and sandwich combo will set up back $20 + tip. Not the cheapest by any meansbut i don't mind supporting local and the fact that they are across the street from my work, it makes it super convenient. Read more

The weather is slowly changing. Well, we didn?t really have a summer, but I wanted soup. A quick google showed me that there is... a soup place right past the transit center. I walked on over expecting a massive line since it was getting close to lunchtime. Igot helped right away (after taking a few minutes to decide what I wanted.) I wanted something with good flavor and opted forthe Bolgogi soup. It came with either white or brown rice and was essentially all meat. I got to pick between bread and chips. They have a few different sizes, and I went for the bowl. The bowl was a lot of food for me, but I look forward to finishing itin a bit. The service was great, and I look forward to trying the other soups. Read more

I've been getting lunch here about weekly now for the past few months. I love the reasonable prices, speed, and friendly... owners. Pros: If you become a regular here like some of my friends, they remember your order! They will let you sample anysoup you're unsure about. No matter what soup you get, they will put any toppings you want on it. The half size sandwich ishuge and is plenty. Cons: The full size sandwich is really like two whole sandwiches! I recommend a soup and half sandwichinstead. Read more

I had city soup once... and it was absolutely bland. It's been a long time, but I've never gone back. Super average. Not worth... going to. You expect "a soup place" to have good, rich soup, but it just wasn't worth it. I'm sure you could get equivalent orbetter soup at Safeway in the deli. Super disappointed. Unfortunately, with lunch traffic in Bellevue, a lot of places can justrest on average food, especially if people can save a buck. Caveat: it's been a long while since I've been there (probably ayear or two)... So, maybe it's gotten better? I hope so. Read more
