Update: After calling the Chuck E. Cheese corporate number and leaving several voicemails, someone finally called me back. My... money was refunded to me. I still wouldn?t recommend using their kiosks to purchase anything and definitely pay cash so thisissue doesn?t happen to you. We met up with another family here in September 2022 and used the kiosk to Purchase some playcards for the kids. The kiosk declined my card which was strange because I had money in my bank account. So we went to the FredMeyer in the same shopping center and got cash out to pay for the play cards. Looking at my bank account later that day Inoticed a $60 charge from Chuck E Cheese. I called the storspwith a manager who was pretty rude and he said that they had beenhaving a problem with the kiosk charging people but declining their cards. He said they couldn?t do anything at the store leveland to call their customer service number, which he gave me. For the past three weeks, I?ve consistently called and leftmessages on that number due to no one answering, and have heard nothing back from them. They stole $60 from me. We hosted a VIP Birthday party at this location and we had an awful experience. Organizers were completely unprepared for and we... didn?t get lot of things they promised to provide for parties. They opened the doors 20 minutes late (at 09:20 AM when the partywas supposed to start at 09:00 AM). When we complained regarding above issues, manager at this location said ?I don?t like yourattitude? and when I tried to clarify regarding what he didn?t like, he complained about the way we asked for what we didn?tget. On top of this, when we expressed feedback that we would never come back to this place, manager was like, ?its fine?. Iagree that manager apologized once. But having lack of empathy and lack of patience to listen to their customer, doesn?t gain along term gains for business. Read more
I went there on my son's friend birthday. The birthday party package included games, celebration for party (seat, food & drink... for kids and parents, MC) Everything was very good, because all of children were happy except for the attitude of cashier. This place is amazing! So my friends and I haven?t been to Cheek E Cheese in a very long time and when driving around, we saw... the Chuck E Cheese spot and decided we were going to just check it out, because why not. We thought this was going to be a quick10 minute visit, but then we ended up being there for hours and we had a blast! The building itself is kind of small, but thegames were great and none of them made us feel cheated. We got excited winning jackpots and having fun with all their othergames! The food was also quite good. We didn?t know what kind of pizza to get, so the front of house man got us a bbq, chickenpizza and it was delicious! Overall, the place is clean, the food and games were great, but what really made the experiencestandout was the amazing staff! There was no judgment from the staff at all that my friends and I were a bit older than theusual customer. The main attendant was friendly, welcoming, helpful, funny and on, and when I asked if they were gonna have aChuck E Cheese show, one of the staff ladies overheard and stepped up and put on the costume because apparently the usual guywasn?t able to come in that day. It meant a lot to me because it looked like she was about to go home, but this didn?t stop herfrom putting on the suit by her own volition. Not only did it mean a lot to my friends and I, but it?s important to note howexcited she made the other kids because they got to see ?Chuck E?. Though she didn?t have to, she ended up making a lot ofpeople happy. The man behind the counter was equally as outstanding! Bouncing from position to position helping the manyfamilies in the building and demonstrating a kind of charm and grace that makes people want to stay indefinitely! Dad hero story: I won my daughter three jackpots on the games, which totaled hundreds of tickets. She just dragged me from game... to game to win her more. After 2000+ in tickets, she got her coveted Polly Pocket prize plus more. ?Daddy, you are the bestgamer,? and gave me the perfect princess smile. The store was incredibly clean (like eat off the floor clean), the games arenew and in great working order. The food was good and staff seemed so eager to help and engage. So I was there a week ago and my experience was AMAZING due to two amazing people that made it like that. Asia who is a manager... there..she went above and beyond and our server Andrew who was as sweet as can be and all about doing a good job.???? They bothjust made the experience amazing and the icing on the cake was our kids dancing at some point and them joining us ! Haha I lovedit. ?
