I like the fact that chipotle is transparent about the ingredients they use. Since they use Non GMO ingredients this is my go to... place if I could not cook at home They offer both veggie and meat options. They portion size is good and they don?t skimp on theveggies like most of the chain restaurants Only problem is the rice will be under cooked sometimes. Also some of the servingstaff would be adding less rice or other ingredients and you can always ask for more ????. Read more

The bowl started leaking as left the store resulting in the bag coming off. See attached photos. I asked for refund or food... again told it was not there policy. Had to go through the process of disputing payment. Ordered again and the food again leaked. Read more
Been here 3 times. Don't eat here if you like meat. The pork is sheets of chopped, formed, and pressed factory made flavored... rubber unedible. The beef has a massive amount of connective tissue and had to discard half of it. A large amount of water isadded to their sour cream to stretch it. How anyone goes here is amazing. Read more
Ordered the food at 6pm to get it at 7:50pm. My ordered was there and asked a guy to check it. He was so busy with other... customers that he just ignored me. Waited there to talk to him for my order. I asked him where is my ordered. He just don'tremember that I was waiting for my order. It was 8:30pm. I left the store. Interesting is that they charged my credit cardalthough I didn't receive any food. The store needs to be organized. It was disaster. They shouldn't charge my credit card ifthey didn't provide service. Read more

I have never been to a Chipotle that REFUSED to mix the contents of my burrito before they wrapped it. Wow And I guess it was... the manager, straight up told the employee don't mix it! And took the burrito and rolled it her self. Not loving the costumerservice here at all, or how she talked at him was not cool either. Will go anywhere else before ever returning to that location.
