Food is great, it's chipotle, can't go wrong with that. Service can be lot better. I order Chicken Keto burrito bowl for a... friend, they didn't know how to make it. It is absolutely fine if you don't know but would have been nice to make an effort tofind out how to make one. The answer I got, we don't make one. It's on their website but the girl at the counter was justwaiting on me to tell her based on their website. I am guessing they go through the training and learn what goes in what. I love chipotle. So much that it saddens me to write this, as I will never eat there again! Ordered a bowl for delivery through... the Chipotle app, opened it up, and this dead bug is sitting right on top of the lettuce! How did the employee packaging thisbowl not see it??? Decent meal for a decent price. The food aspect is well maintained but the crew doesn't do a lot to keep the eating area up to... par. It's not terrible but it could certainly be improved by regular checking and cleaning off the tables and sweeping up.Technically they close at 10:00 p.m. but don't come in after 9:00 if you want the full treatment. Often the ice machine doesn'thave any ice and the unsweetened tea is empty. The team will tell you that they don't do anything after 9:00 p.m. to correctthat. All my past experiences with Chipotle have been more than excellent but I felt I had to write about this less than satisfactory... experience from today. There was way less in my chicken bowl, which is understandable because of inflation. However, there was asmall spider in my bowl today which caused me to question the sanitation and hygiene.
