I've eaten here from time to time for the better part of two decades the food is generally good. However we're way into the post... pandemic area where most management has figured out how to staff a crew capable of not discriminating against pedestrians,elderly and differently abled people... in fact their current business model seems to be relying soly on those so addicted tosalt and sugar they're willing to wait in the smog line up to 45 minutes to get their fix. I for one am not this into it, but Ido dislike walking there just to find out they're not serving pedestrians or allowing for people to do such things as wash theirhands before eating. Read more

I used to come by for breakfast 3 times a week about 2 years ago, great food and service. Just went thru, for egg normous... burrito... not even close (no sausage, barely any hashbrown, and undercooked bacon on my burrito) and the service was "with afrown". Ordered in store. Staff walked away from the counter as we approached and ignored us for 5 minutes. It's like they don't want... the orders. Eventually took the order, and mumbled back to us an incomprehensible sentence that I just had to assume was right. Service is 1 star. Read more

Placed order using mobile app and in store pickup. When I went for pickup the door was locked and had a notice ?for all orders... placed use drive through?. There is no point in placing mobile order with in store pickup option. The drive through was long,dead slow service, took 48 minutes to get my food from drive through window. TERRIBLE SERVICE ????????. Impossible whopperburger is good, deluxe chicken burger tasted good, but terrible packing, sauces and toppings were just overflowing, poor packing????????. This place needs to be put into conservatorship by corporate. Dining room still not open, insanely slow drive-thru with no way... to turn out when you've absolutely had it. Lazy, sluggish, terrible employees. Check it out for yourself, total dumpster fire! Read more
