Good pretzels but wish they would have at least WARM cheese?! Who likes cold cheese????!

The cashier in this location is horrible. A brown male with glasses, around 5?6, long hair. Seems to be of Latino origin. Not... very professional. Customer service is not this workers priority whatsoever. Displaying an aggressive tone when asked simplequestions like price and size of their products. Well these pretzels are not the bloated pasty white dough shapes I remember. They are more like twisted buttery dough shapes... with less salt rhan I remember. Quite good. Not as bland as the ones I've had from other Auntie Anne's in the past. Goodcustomer service, and the line goes fast. Craving a bag of the pretzel bites? You can get these to take home or to the soccergame with the kids. Or hey. Did you know they have an app now? You can even order ahead. Progress tastes delicious. Enjoy. Read more
Great location in the mall and there are usually long lines. I got a cinnamon & sugar pretzel and it was delicious. This... particular location has a $1 pretzel dead every so often on Tuesdays. Will come here again! Read more
