The views here were just breathtaking. You see the water and the entire city. The ambiance could not be better. I also love the... fireplaces and the large windows throughout the entire restaurant. The food was ok. I think I should've tried steak. I orderedsomething that I really wasn't in the mood for so I'm not going to hold them against it. Service was very good. We came here to celebrate my birthday and everyone from the hostess to the server and everyone involved in front of the house... where absolutely amazing, the service here is great. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The drinks were alsodelicious. We went for dinner and couldn't see the view very well but you can tell that in the time that you must bemagnificent. We celebrated our dating anniversary and definitely had some special memories here. The restaurant has an amazing view and a... pleasant vibe. The food is full of creativity and beautiful details, and most importantly, very delicious. The dessert menu issomething you can't miss so make sure you save some room in your stomach for dessert. This place is amazing! Very good dining experience beginning to end. The restaurant is on the 31st floor which gives you a view... of the entire city all the way to the mountains. The service was A+ from my experience, the server Minh was just on point. Hemade the experience worth it. The food is really good, great selection of steaks. Very good drinks, had a few and they werepretty much on point. Unique selection of deserts, which was pretty awesome. Presentation of the meals was excellent. Overall Ihighly recommend it, the price point is high but worth every penny. If you're in the area and want to impress anyone, it's wortha try. Read more

Ascend is a lush experience you should treat yourself to. I personally loved everything, except for the free bread service,... there was three bread selections of which no one in my party liked any of? My husband and I went and splurged on the porterhousesteak, which is something we have regularly ordered at expensive restaurants, especially ones that get their meat from snakeriver farms. I do have to say, that for the price point I was disappointed in the quality of the beef I received for $120, itwas very fatty and not trimmed. That being said, my father ordered the burger (not pictured) and I tried it and I would 10/10come back for that and the fries. My sister who went with us is a vegan and she was pleasantly surprised by their additionalvegan/ vegetarian menu, and we all loved the spicy mango avocado roll and jackfruit crab cakes. The dessert service here is solovely, and I went on my birthday so they gave me a free dessert on top of the two I had ordered. Expect to spend $100-$150 perperson in your party, so I would recommend exclusively dining here for special occasions. I see myself going back, butirregularly due to location and price. Read more

Would give 3.5 if Google allows that. Overall it’s a nice dining experience from start to finish. All servers are very nice... throughout the visit. That being said, food should still be the most important factor for a restaurant imo. The portions aresmall for that price, and the food are pretty mediocre, they are good but doesn’t justify the price tag. Our favorite of thenight was actually a dessert… The view was not that impressive from the table we were seated at. Maybe the view from otherareas are better if you are lucky to get those tables. It’s good to experience it once or twice for special occasions, butit’s more for the experience than the food. Read more

I loved everything about this meal. The service, the view, the food, the drinks - all excellent. The waiter was helpful and... friendly without being obsequious. The food was delightful and allowed to speak for itself without drowning in sauce orseasoning. The flavor pallet here is subtle, complex, and balanced. If you like to be slapped in the face with butter, garlic,and salt then this is not for you. The drinks actually taste like you imagine an $18 cocktail should taste: premium ingredients,balanced flavors, obviously refined over hundreds of pours, and served with flair. The smoked Washington cocktail was the firstof many I've tried that pulled it off without having the drink taste like a day old campfire. The ambience is really unmatchedin Bellevue, with great decor and furnishings clearly intended to maximize the impact of the beautiful views. Read more

On 31st floor with a panoramic view of the city this place is super fancy. All the dishes were made and served fresh. In case... you’re wondering it’s a steakhouse, you get vegetarian options too. We had Spicy citrus avocado rolls which were so freshand light. The beets salad was so creamy and delicious. The roasted chicken was so juicy and paired well with the fallvegetables on the side. For my birthday they gave us free dessert and we ordered Skyfall, it was an experience to devour thosetreats. They also had a starter bread plate with creamy french butter. Loved it.
