Cocktail was nice. Food is also good. We had chicken breast with mashed potatoes and pasta. Pleasant ambience, service was nice.
Hadn?t been to Applebees in a very long while, came back to a pleasantly delicious appetizer that took me back to my childhood!... They were mozzarella sticks with Hot Cheetos batter! So tasty !! Read more
Seems like most of them don't enjoy working here. Waited to be seated took forever...felt like it. And when the host (a short... girl) finally showed up, no smile no greeting and later on this host got caught playing on the phone by another man (manager?)while clearing the table ????????????. He goes "really?" She says "I'm bored." Food was food! No complaints there. Read more

Kevin K. the bartender in factoria was extremely helpful. I've been to Applebee's for 20 years along with many other... restaurants. He tells you what's good on the menu without trying to serve you the highest price steak. Cleanliness and the moneyyou pay for what you get is exceptional! I wish there was more employees like Kevin that give you a sense of urgency and makeyou feel special. We tried 2 for $22 deal, our host was generous enough to modify the add one item from other list. Fiesta lime chicken and... Bourbon street chicken and shrimp. The food was phenomenal without a doubt one of the best Applebee's Grill + Bar sofar. Highly recommended place Read more
After not frequenting this establishment for a couple of years I dropped in today. Previously I had given it just 2 stars. Today... I raise it to 5. I again tried the Bourbon steak which had in the past been problematic, usually severely overcooked. Today itwas perfect and it was a quality piece of meat with no fat whatsoever on it, I hate fatty meat. The service is excellent andthe people friendly. I don't typically review chain restaurants, but they earned this one. Read more
