I went to sonic on a night where there was just one lady working, the order took a few minutes longer than I would like but she... did tell me in advance it would be awhile. The nice lady served me hot fresh food and then came back to check on me. Gave me afree mini blast coupon for waiting. I was for sure impressed with her ability to work such high stress environment. Seriously? this is worst than day old McDonald?s fries. To whichever nonexistent Sonic GM reads this, know that you should be... fired on the spot for allowing your employees to serve me what they did. A rock hard bun (look at photo, my finger is bent frompushing down), cold curdled cheese, and a foot long sausage that is hard, burnt and discolored. EVEN THE TATOR TOTS are stale,cold, and taste like panko bread crumbs if you left them out for an entire week. Truly horrific. Here?s to me praying I get foodpoisoning tonight so that I can see your staff in court and be able to lay eyes on what Humanity?s lowest looks like. Gross,gross, gross. Read more

This Sonic is the worst, yet I tried to give them another chance. My order was right in the receipt, but WRONG in my bag, I only... had 1 of 4 items. I pushed the call button to let them know it was wring and was told they'd bring the correct items out. Waitedand waited, then finally pulled up to the window (waited again) and someone finally came to the window andbi told them, I wasstill waiting in my correct order (seemed like oops forgot). She remade the whole order and 50 minutes later (from the start ofmy ordering), I was on my way. I've repeatedly tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but each time I've beenlet down even more. I know times are tough and everyone has staff shortages, but even when you're ordering ahead, it still takesforever. I've NEVER received an order from here in less than 35 minutes and I usually use the app, to cut down on my time.??????? Read more

Actually feel bad about this one. It felt like there was only one person working on a Monday night there, and she had to handle... everything to the best of her abilities to satisfy many customers all at once. Can't blame her. Not sure what happened thatevening, but they were definitely short-staffed as had to wait about a half hour to get our order in the car (just ordereddesserts). I commend the employee for making the best effort to get all the orders out. Read more

Went to the drive thru. No one answered for about 5-10 minutes. Went to a stall and the person said they couldn't hear me and to... go to the drive thru. Went back through the drive thru and the person was short and impatient in their tone. We were the onlycar in the lot at 8 PM which seemed odd, but now it makes sense. The workers here seem annoyed that someone bothered to show upto order from their restaurant, lol. The male worker at the window was vaping in the store when we pulled up and just stated theprice - again, I think it's annoying having to take one order for these people. There was an adult female in a blue shirt whowas likely a manager - if I was the store manager, I would hire new people - especially management - they aren't doing anything. Read more

I love Sonic. But this morning I had a bad experience at this particular location. After pulling into a stall and pressing the... red button, I waited over 10 minutes before someone came over the speaker only to tell me that the location was ?drive-thru?only this morning. I then pulled into the drive thru to order a drink. At the window ahead of me was a large SUV that must haveplaced a large order. Rather than pull up, the SUV sat at the window waiting for the order. After another 15 minutes, they werefinally served. When I pulled up to the window, I asked if I could pay on my Sonic app or Apple Pay and the attendant had noidea what I was talking about. Finally I paid with credit card. 30 minutes later I left with my one drink. Again I love Sonic,but this morning, this location failed. Read more

I just visited the Sonic drive-in at the Bellevue location. A young lady named Barbara answered the call button with the... sweetest voice, took my order, thanked me, brought my food/drinks and other people's orders out very quickly in 94 degree heat!She was so happy and pleasant it took me by surprise!!! The order was correct with all the necessary untelsils, straws, napkinsand condiments and was delicious too! In this day of many grumpy employees, the lack of help and bad service at many places...Barbara is a treasure and yes I tipped her $5 on an $8 order! She is worth it!!! Read more

I ordered chili cheese tots and they literally put chili and cheese on top of Fritos. This is very lazy and unacceptable! I also... am not one to complain very much and was very patient and waited a long time in the drive thru just to try to support thislocation. But this took the cake!!
