I've passed this place so many times on my way to and from work.. always wanted to stop! So glad I finally did. The food was... amazing. We had the steak and beef tacos. Absolutely, unequivocally the best Mexican Food you will find in Pittsburgh. Since moving here in decades ago, my wife and I... have been searching for a Mexican restaurant that actually makes spicy food with taste. Wasn't what I expected. Small inside with a takeout feel. Still have some room to improve on details and atmosphere but the food... was good and lots of flavor. Staff which seems to be mostly family was very friendly. Read more

Sorry. I don't like to leave bad reviews. I feel like this meal was weak. Traditional chicken taco. Low flavored chicken,... cilantro, and red onion.i did put the salsa on but garnishments are much needed to try and get some flavor going. (Thought thelady said I would be getting them.) Im also wondering with how much they gave. Not worth it. Could've made at home for lesscost and more taste. Hope others get better results and the place does well. Read more
AMAZING!! I wish I could give ToLuca more than 5 stars. Everything was fresh and absolutely perfect. The fresh chips and salsa... were incredible. We got soft steak tacos & soft beef tacos and they had fresh veggies and rice on top, sooo good. I highlyrecommend you try this place because once you do you’ll be hooked!! ????????
