Ordered on Grubhub. The store was open and had ordering turned on in Grubhub. 30 minutes after I ordered my food I got a... notification that it was delayed. Then it said the store was closed on Grubhub. All the while I got confirmation from the storethat my food was being made. I waited over an hour with no change to the status. Order cancelled. Make up your mind whether youwant to be open or closed. Generally, businesses need to be open to make money, and delivery is a big market. Be better. Read more
I came in busy at what looked like a dead time for the whole store. I went in and placed my to go order. While i was waiting i... noticed that there was this car waiting about 10 min in the drive thru, hasnt even payed yet. During this time one of thecrewmembers took food out to there friends in the dining room and messed with them while there were others waiting. It took 15min to get my food. Read more
Waited inline in the drive thru and was given wrong order first time then second time got home which is 15 miles from taco johns... and opened bag to discover wrong order again and of course I ordered the #3 with two fried beef tacos to end up with 2 #6which are chicken and I can?t stand taco johns chicken taste like came from a can so I tried calling several times noanswer.Really disappointed. Love this location. Foods always hot (even when you do delivery). The staff is friendly and fast- especially Robin! They make... sure your order is made quickly and correctly. The meat and potato burrito is always good and I really like the taco salad. Also tried the stuffed grilled taco (yum) and the spicy chicken and potato griller (delicious spicy sauce).
