This was one of the grossest Starbucks I have been in. The floor was absolutely disgusting and looked like it hadn?t been swept... or mopped in days. What was nastier, were the amount of flies in the establishment. They were behind the counter landing on theworkers, food, and drinks. I do not recommend consuming anything from this location! Would not recommend going to this location. I stopped by the drive thru earlier today with my mom to order our usual drinks;... iced caramel macchiato with extra extra extra caramel and she literally says extra 3 TIMES mind you.. Usually it's a hit or misson whether we actually get the amount of caramel we ask for. This time there wasn't enough caramel in her drink, so she handedit back and said there isn't enough. Some girl named Savannah said there's extra caramel in it already and kept arguing back &forth with my mom making it a huge deal. Finally she got her to add more caramel to her drink while yelling "That's SOO muchcaramel!!" as she walked away. There's absolutely no reason to humiliate a customer like that.. Then she called a manager overto explain to my mom that they have to limit the amount of caramel they put in drinks now. What a joke! ???????????????? Inever thought Starbucks could get even more greedy but here we are. Not only are they stingy, but their customer service is theworst I've ever experienced. Read more
This location has the slowest service. Better to go inside and not waste gas sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Once... while waiting inside they didn't call my name loud enough for me to hear and then didn't call it again, so my order just sat onthe counter for a long time. Another time misheard my order and gave me completely wrong drink. Otherwise food and drinks are asthey should be. Read more
Amazing people!!!! They always make my drinks and my food amazing. They are very busy and also very kind, compassionate,... friendly and they have fun at work. When you drive through their drive-through your day will be lifted with fun andencouragement and a good laugh as well. The manager is phenomenal and she has trained some amazing workers. At this particular store the employees have always been very friendly (5 star rating). As for speed of service it?s horrible at... this location (1 star rating). I know they have a ton of traffic on a hourly rate so I can only imagine how exhausted theemployees are. There are serving their customers as quickly as they can make the drinks. I?ve waited over 20+ minutes to placemy order on a few separate times. I now try to order ahead and run inside to grab my drinks. It?s much faster that way. Read more
I placed a mobile order to pick up through the drive-thru. There was not a long wait the service was fast and efficient,... however, the protein box I got was soggy. The cucumbers had ice between them. The wrap was wet enough that my thumb went throughit when I picked it up. I did not go back to ask the manager to make it right because I had a two and a half hour commute homeand was already on my way. The pictures don't accurately represent how bad it was. I wasn't able to get pictures right awaybecause I was driving. By the time I did take pictures, the wraps had absorbed some of the water..Shame on me for not checkingit when they gave it to me.
