Very unprofessional staff, manager who said she was the general manager was very rude and unprofessional when I called to... complain about my interaction, the guy got a simple 2 for 5 order wrong 5 times in a row and kept saying it's been a long day,you should probably train better or have people like that in the kitchen. My family has been coming here since 2014. We typically order the same things every time. We normally have great food and great... service. However, the last few times we have stopped to get food, some of the staff has not been so pleasant. One of the thingswe typically order is a number 19 with Bacon, bacon placed on the side, extra crispy. Not once has this been an issue in thepast. Until recently it has been. And tonight we were told ?we don?t do that? we informed that we?ve been doing this for years,it?s just a custom modification. The gentleman that was taking our order in the drive thru then proceeded to say ? We can?ttonight. It?s too busy.? When there was only a few cars in the driveway and in the parked bays with full staff. And then when wegot home that sandwich wasn?t even in the bag. We were charged for it and was not given a receipt to show for reference That wedid not get it and it was on our receipt. From someone who used to work in the fast food industry for 5 years that is notsomething you should say to a customer. Overall just disappointed. Read more
This is the most horrible sonic I have ever been to and they need to be shut down.. We have been to this specific location a few... times and each time we have had to wait for our food for over 30 to 40 minutes and each and every time the food, especially thefries, come out super COLD. You would expect for the food to at least be warm if you are taking almost an hour to serve fastfood. Not only that, but every time (three times) the issue has been brought to their attention, they try to make up a reason asto why they can't correct it. I have called Customer service twice and have been disappointed both times. They are hands downthe worst company at customer service. Most companies will simply remake your food and be done with it. NOT THIS SONIC. I amnew to the area as we are a military family and have just found out that there was a tragedy that struck this sonic about a yearago. I was deeply saddened to hear the news but after hearing it makes me feel like they should have just left it closed. I wassupposed to receive a phone call from management and never did. Waited 25 minutes for 4 items. You pay extra for whip cream, it's only 10 cents but why even offer it if this is the amount... you're going to put in? Very disappointed. Read more
The mozzarella sticks are bomb, especially with the marinara sauce. The onion rings are crispy and delicious. The breakfast... burritos are really good- I always add some hot sauce to make it perfect. The burgers are juicy and the lettuce/ tomatoes arealways fresh. Never skip the pickles! I didn't get a sonic blast this time but in the summer I always do the butterfingerblast, the cherry nerd slushy or the peanut butter and banana shake!
