Placed a fairly large online takeout order for 6 adults. Arrived to find that the place was busy and I was worried, but I... walked in and my food was ready at the time I had chosen which made me happy. The order was all correct except that the frieswere omitted which made me sad, but with almost a 30 min round trip to get the food I was not willing to go back. Was not happy with my visit to pepperjax Bellevue. Ordered a Philly with green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and extra cheese. I... received a sandwich that looked like it came pre packaged out of the convenience store refrigerator. I really enjoy pepperjaxand have never had bad experience in til now. We spent 32 minutes in the drive-thru from time of order until we received our food. We removed a drink from the order yet we... were still charged for two. The receipt never had any void line but the cashier ensured us it was removed and that the register?must have made a mistake?. We were never given the drinks OR treats for the kids meals. The answer to this problem from themanager Trace was, to drive back up to get what they forgot. If you enjoy paying for products you don?t receive then expect tobe the accommodating party, this is the place to go. This was our first and last experience with PepperJax. Read more

Got delivery last night and it was perfect. The burrito is the size of my forearm (which is a great thing- plenty of food for... the price) and they load on the veggies, which I appreciate. The loaded fries were fantastic- highly recommend trying the halfcheddar sauce and half pepper jack sauce. The philly was on point and the chicken burrito (always my favorite) was hot anddelicious. One of the few restaurants I trust enough to get as delivery because they never mess it up. Thank you for a yummydinner! ???? Side Note- this restaurant is also extremely accommodating if you have a gluten allergy. Just let them know andthey'll wipe down the grill, change utensils for cooking and get new gloves! Read more
Ick Pepsi They serve applesauce with kids meal but not a single spoon in the restaurant. They offer kids meal mini corn dogs but... no mustard packets in the whole place. All over the internet it's advertised 99 cent kids meals on Wednesday with purchase of anadult entree...oh, but not at this location. COLD French fries with kids meal served GREASE DRENCHED OLD. 23 and change outthe door for a 1 and 2 year old to eat poor quality food ( except the applesauce) and one adult steak bowl. There's a reason Ihad not eaten here in 16 years...never again. Read more
I just got off the phone with the manager after I told him that the chicken was still frozen yesterday and the veggies were... still raw not sautéed and that we still had it cause I got sick immediately after a few bite and put it in the fridge andbecause I got ignored by the kid who wasn't wearing a name tag all I could give him was the was male wearing makeup ignored mewhen I asked for a receipt I could show him the time and date of the transaction on my card statement cause I've been sickalnight from it. And said we were swearing at him when. When weren't the place was super dirty the white cheese sauce was burnttasting and clumpy. Still refused to give me a refund so corporate and the better business office has received a report with themanagers name. Read more
