I want to send a huge shout out to Tanea Carter. She is the most friendliest, courteous and professional employees at Casey?s.... It?s because of her that I go out my way to come to this location to get my pizza because she makes the interactions worthwhile. Told my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes, went in in 30 stood at the counter for another 5 minets while the guy cut peppers... right in front of me and gave me zero acknowledgement until I asked if they routinely ignored customers. Was giving a vagueresponse and rolled his eyes and said my pizza would be another 6 min. Terrible customer service. Read more
The pizza was half cooked and we asked if a half and half and they only put meat on three slices. We love Casey?s pizza but we... were very disappointed. Also all of there ice coffees were out. Read more
Tried to order a bunch of the toppings on their menu...then was told they only had 4 of them. I was charged for a specialty... pizza....when what I got was a 2 topping pizza. I love Casey's pizza...but they should have the extra items they advertise. Andall the employees were just worried about having a smoke. Read more
I was excited to enjoy this new Caseys. I ordered pizza and went to pick it up. There was chaos in the kitchen. Liz was yelling... at other employees and worried about getting her cigarette. Then she decided to argue with us about our pick up time. Tried tosay we were early when in fact we weren?t. There was another older lady trying to help and she was amazing. She?s the onlyreason I didn?t do a 1 Star. They had 1 pizza that the other lady made but Liz told her it was burnt. Honestly it look prettygood. Needless to say with all the attitude we decided to leave instead of waiting for the other pizza to be made. I understandthere?s growing pains but to have a employee give so much attitude in the presence of guest is not a good look. A customerservice class might be in order. I will give it another try after they get it together. Great location though. Read more
