The lady at the window/headset was rude. Heard her cuss out a customer because they were trying to order after being on a... ?minute? hold that was not a minute I finally got to the speaker and sat for 20 min on a ?minute? hold. They have a ?be honest,be kind, be friendly? sign and the was none of those. Very monotone and non caring of her job. Was not kind. Told me there wasketchup in the bag and there was not. Gave me attitude when I asked for a handful of ketchup. She sighed and shook her head whenshe closed the door asking for it. The next bk is on Cornhusker and it?s pretty much the same experience except the food iswarmer and more fresh at the Cornhusker location. The galvin location ne?er gives out fresh food. Ordered the new ghost pepper whopper. Burger had mold on the bun. $12 meal was unfortunately wasted. EDIT: Went for refund, was... given a $5 boll from the till on a $12 card meal. All together strange. Won't be returning, the taco bell right near it ispretty solid. Read more
Jeff the main cook there handles everyone's food with one glove on and doesn't both to wash his hands after wiping his face with... that same hand than handles the food this I've have watched a few times. I walked into the store for dinner and heard music thatwas very bothering especially for my son to hear. Than as I was eating in I saw this same person wipe the rail where the friesare held with his hand that doesn't have a glove on than tossed the stuff into the fry hopper. Than this same person wanted toargue with the night supervisor about orders that need to be made that were on the board stuff a customer shouldn't hear. I feltbad for that supervisor. Read more
Don't go to Burger King on Galvin Rd South in Bellevue. The drive thru is not good today. Definitely not living up to the... phrase, Fast food. Burger King you need to get the lead out. Having people sitting in the drive thru for more than 10 minutesis ridiculous. In my opinion. And, this is not the first time this has happened to me in your drive thru. Read more
