Pretty disappointing. Our "20 minute wait" for a table for 9 people turned into an hour wait. Our waiter tried to expedite... service by taking our food order with our drink order. Drinks came out right away but only one food order after 30 minutes. Sixother food orders showed up 30 minutes after that and were then told that they lacked ingredients for two other orders. Theplace was only half full. The wait staff was doing a good job. I'm guessing the kitchen was short staffed. Food was averagequality. The manager needed to be on top of all of this. We did get offered a 20% discount, but from the time we arrived tillwe finished our meals was 2 1/2 hours. Pretty disappointing. Read more
Wings weren't that great, and neither were the fries. I ordered online, and they subbed it out to a door dash driver that was... over a half hour late. Glad I didn't leave a tip. Had 20 dollars for the guy, but apparently his job wasn't a priority. Changedto 1 star. Everything is cold now that I've dived into it. Absolutely trash for 60 dollars. I want a refund. Read more
The bartender, Michelle, was fanominal! TooTall (Ronald) was a sweetheart! My first visit to this location is now saved in my... favorites! I also watched the waitresses cleaning. (see photo) I was a random walk in customer, so impressed with this location! Read more
The food was good, service was very slow. The waitress was training someone and forgot to check on the table, give refills,... and did not ask if we would like anything else before bringing the check. Read more
I ordered through Grubhub. I ordered the All-American burger with onion rings, a Mt Dew Legend, and a slice of cheesecake. The... burger bun was so greasy, i had to put it on a paper towel to soak up some of the grease. There was enough mayo to drown ahorse, but no mustard. The burger itself was completely bland and mushy. It tasted like a store-brand frozen burger patty thathad been microwaved. It was so bad, that the cat, who isn't picky, refused to eat it. The onion rings were underdone, andextremwly sweet. The cheesecake didn't come with any caramel sauce, the one thing it was supposed to have on it. At least ittasted okay. I did not get my drink, so I guess I'll never know what Mt Dew Legend tastes like, because i am not returningafter this fiasco. Read more

We ordered dinner from the Bellevue location. Since it was delivery the food was luke warm but kind of expected that. Hubby got... the Nashville chicken sandwich and was super disappointed- the flavor just wasn't there. Buns were soggy, chicken was juicy butbland and the hot peppers/sauce wasn't spicy at all. I got the chicken wrap and it was pretty good. Not a fan of their fries atall... super flavorless, even with the lemon pepper seasoning and lord were they dry/hard! The onion rings were good (didn't getthe ranch I ordered but since there wasn't an upcharge, not a big deal). We both liked the cheese curds. All in all- not greatfor the price but not awful either and we'll definitely try the tator tots instead of fries next time! Read more
