The girl at the counter was really disrespectful.She seemed so uninterested. Her name was Harbal. Firstly she didn't even greet... or welcome us. She won't answer our questions and simply kept on nodding. After our order,One straw fell on the floor and shedidn't bother to pick it up leaving it to us. Woman at cash was extremely rude and they took a really long time to get my order when all I ordered was a sandwich and a... watermelon quencher. Usually decent service here, but they often mix up the online app order and get it wrong. The lineup can be 3 people long and... take 15 mins to process... but other times, quick as a flash! Consistency in quality of service needs a little attention. But.... decent coffee. Read more

The girl who took my order today (october 12th around 5:50pm) was really rude to me and my friend. I ordered a drink and when... she gave it to me she dropped the straw and did not think about giving another one. When I asked for another straw she justthrew one at me .
