The supposed owner (a female around 45 years old) refused to remake my drink and refused to give me a refund after giving me a... cup of juice instead of the orange Julius original I ordered. She was very rude and clearly made it wrong as I get it every weekand it?s never liquidy and orange as it was today, it tasted nothing like it?s supposed to. It was a span of 5 minutes that ittook me to sit down take a sip than go back thank you, and whatever juice you use while making them is the one you used way toomuch of it was a full liquid unlike thick and creamy how it usually is. Terrible customer service than to go and lie on theinternet to make it look different. I am embarrassed for you. Read more
