A hidden gem!!! Great service and surprisingly inexpensive. The ice cream and toppings were divine!

No doubt the taste and quality was good, bit of expensive as well, But the employees rudeness level was at peak without us doing... anything They were literally throwing the things on ice cream, and just banging the cup on table while giving to us I had theworst experience there than ever at any shop, I know u can have a hard day because I used work in fast food but at don'tdisrespect any customer and atleast just say a good hi to people..!! I used to like it here last year but it seems like this place is not doing well. They only had one employee working the whole... store on a steady Friday afternoon before a June weekend. They have a large display screen that cycles through their offers onthe wall. This display said to sign up to the app for 15% off of your first order. I waited a long time while the one employeeserved the 3 people in front of me so I decided to download the app. Once I did I loaded the offer and presented it at the cash.The employee told me it is a third party app so they can't accept the offer since the code wouldn't work. At the cash there iseven a sticker on the counter showing where to scan the app and it still didn't work to make the offer apply. I asked if theycould ask their manager to help them and they pulled out a cell phone and called the manager who told them I have to make theactual purchase on the app. This was a really bad experience because of all of the signage present and the employee's lack oftraining/support to make the customer happy. Had to wait 15 minutes before could be served and not because they were busy just extremely slow. Then, on website advertises... lots of flavors of liw fat yogurt but only had 1- vanilla. Girl said that's all they make. When I referred to the website,then she said, we'll I don't know. I guess just here. If I wanted to get frozen vanilla yogurt for 8$ plus tax, I could havebought it for cheaper at the grocery store. **EDIT** came again recently later in the day, and noticed the difference, the slab was colder and my ice cream turned out much... better, so Ive changed my rating to 4 stars, to leave a bit of room for any improvements I notice coming in the future, but itsdefinitely great ice cream, and staff are friendly. Might have just been the time of day we arrived at, and things just weren'tfully cold enough... but my ice cream was already melting on the slab, and started to drip almost immediately as we paid. Assoon as we stepped outside my ice cream turned to liquid, running all over my hands and onto the ground. Ice cream tasted reallygood, and I liked the customization options, and atmosphere. Id just recommend waiting a bit after the store opens in themorning to give time for the slab to get cold enough to keep the ice cream frozen while you add ingredients. Not knowing what Marble Slab Creamery was about but wanting an ice cream, I ordered a small butter pecan in a cup. Was surprised... to see him weighing the ice cream. Really? The sizes are that controlled? Didn't get toppings, again, not knowing how it workedand just wanted a "simple" ice cream. Was surprised when server said it was $7.42. For a little more than a scoop of ice cream.Even more surprised to find that, while it was creamy, it was far from the expected flavour of butter pecan. There were not evenany pecans in it so how can it be called butter pecan? Only giving two stars....one star for its creaminess and the otherbecause of my own negligence.....I guess I should have looked at the menu (?) beforehand or asked a few questions. Read more
