I use to love Dairy Queen. I tolerated the long line ups and at times, slow service and inaccurate orders as we thoroughly enjoy... their ice cream and, most of all, their chilli fries. I recently found out, the option to order chilli fries was discontinued -THE WORST MOVE EVER!!!! WHY???. I will not be returning because of this as the rest of the food on the menu isn?t worth the waitor the headache. Read more

I ordered a banana split. The pineapple was literally frozen with ice on it. I bit into a couple of small pieces and nearly spit... it out. DQ please do better. I love your banana splits. You only get 1 more chance.... Read more
