Stood in line for about 5 minutes maybe more as the clerk was chit chatting with friends and ignoring customers waiting to... order. Love the food but service at this location seems to have gone down hill. Would rate 1 star if it wasn't for the onionrings. Read more

So first off rude customer service, I order a burger, plain, I get treated like an alien for ordering a plain burger. Took the... women a good 3 minutes just to type it in because she had to act so confused and weirded out by a plain patty on a bun. Givingme a look like I couldn?t order a plain patty on a bun, I felt super uncomfortable. After all this I expect at least the correctorder. I get home and open my bag to find I had to eat the not-to-also-mention disgusting chicken strip things WITHOUT my sweetand sour because I guess my plain patty made her think I wouldn?t want the sauce I ordered.
