Not too impressed with the lack of competent staff at this Wendy?s. My two adult kids waited in the drive thru for almost an... hour only to be served cold food, overcooked cold fries, and then they shorted our 10 piece nuggets and didn?t give us thesauces we asked for. They also messed up the drinks and sizes. Read more
They've upped their staffing game at the Rawsonville Wendy's. I've been there several times and Kayden has always been nice and... helpful. Today him and Lisa's customer service went above and beyond to make my ordering easy and efficient. Thank you, go team! Read more
Horrible. Cold and drying out.. Over price food only to get home and discover that it's cold, dried out with no toppings. ... Ice cold fries are such a delight. The staff do not seem to care about making an order correctly or even giving the customer everything they ordered and paid for.... It is truly disappointing because Wendy's is my favorite burger place but I will no longer order from this location. If it wasonly a one time problem it would be different but they have shown repeatedly that it is impossible to receive a complete ordermade properly, which is very sad because of how much we love Wendy's food ordinarily. I really like Wendy?s, but this is by far the worst one I?ve ever been to. To clarify, the worst fast food restaurant I?ve ever... been too. It is all due to the total incompetence and rudeness of the staff along with the inability to prepare fast foodcorrectly and inability to get order right. I ordered three things off the menu, they put two in the bag (one was wrong), thethird was missing. I chose not to attempt to eat either and as others have mentioned, no receipt.
