They need to give the option to rate negative stars. This location is a joke. Always slow, food always cold and then they leave... out $30 worth of food of a $55 order. Won't answer the phone when u call then refuse to provide said food after I drove all theway back. All because I didn't have a paper receipt. The same one I would have had but the girl crumbled it up and threw it awayright in front of me. Read more

Takes them 35 min to get you through their line sign out front says Short staffed.... But y'all have 6 people on the line your... about the laziest people who ever walked the earth now I ordered 3 soft taco and a mango freeze before I get to the window myfreeze is half thawed out and just juice then the tacos y'all gave me my 3 year old eats more than what's in the picture herecome on y'all ignorance is not bliss Read more

Waited in the drive thru for over 45 minutes. Got to the speaker to order and the person taking my order first said to lower my... voice and then had a hard time understanding what we wanted. Then another person jumped on saying would you like a baconcheeseburger. Was very irritated. Got to the window and everyone working was high. The food tasted weird like something wasdone to it. Won't ever be back to this location. Threw the food away. I've been coming to this location for years and havenever had an issue. I will be calling corporate on them. Read more

I have gone to this taco bell for years and love the staff, they are friendly and helpful, and i think that is part of why this... location is always so busy. However, after a majority of their staff walked out whoever runs this location chose to keep itopen with only 2 workers running the drive through at a time. Typically, I would see at least 5 people at a time working thekitchen and drivethrough. This location was understaffed like this for weeks, and it disgusts me that management would do thisto the remaining staff. The 2 folks I have seen working in these conditions do an amazing job, and were positive andprofessional despite the obvious stress they were under. I hope these two made some seriously good money for staying underthese circumstances. Admittedly, I don't know their staffing situation now, but I know it was still like this about two weeksago, and was run this way for over a month. Can't say i will be going back knowing the people in charge are willing to treattheir workers this way. Read more

We placed an online order with a pickup time of 9:15pm, the site said we could pick up inside, the doors were locked so we got... in line and called a few times to let them know we were there, waited for an hour before we got our food, then someone informedus that they would be closing early and we would be taking the last of the beef, they messed up the order, did NOT give us allthat we ordered and added the hot Doritos to a few of our burritos. My understanding is fast food means fast food, not an hourlater, we spent over $40. I tried calling again this am since the site said they were Open and again no one is answering thephone. Be careful buying food here because it is always a risk. Waiting in line for 30 minutes to an hour or longer isn't unusual for... this location. They are constantly out of food, the equipment is down, the employees can be rude, they can be short staffed. Ihave had many times where they were out of beef, chicken, etc. They are often out of items and the manager here is extremelyrude and unprofessional. Going to this taco bell is a risk and if you use the mobile app you may not get your order. If youorder something on the mobile app and they are out of it you might not be able to get a refund. The taco bell team that handlesrefunds is not this location and is done through the phone. Unfortunately, each time i've had an issue, I never received arefund and just lost my money and didn't get the items I paid for. This is one of the worst taco bell locations I have been to.They have a long way to go. They need to hire more people if and when they can do so. They need to figure out and hire managerswho can successfully fill orders and have enough inventory to feed the customers. A taco bell should not run out of beef whenthat is one of the main ingredients used in tacos, burritos, or any of the other entrees and sides at taco bell. They should nothave this be a constant issue on a daily basis. This taco bell needs help from higher staff and management as well as corporateleaders to be on a more professional status. I think that employees and the leadership here needs to be retrained and themanager needs to learn how to do correct inventory by people who know what they are doing. I had a manger slam my food down onthe table after she made it. My mother requested sauce a different visit and the manager had a temper tantrum and threw a fitbecause she had to go back and grab sauce. Read more

I placed a mobile order and once I arrived they told me the fryer was down so I couldn?t get my full order so I switched to a... chicken quesadilla, which was fine. But inside the uncut quesadilla there was only 1 piece of chicken, and the taco only had 3pieces of chicken. Ordered a side of sour cream for $.70 and there one squirt of sour cream in the cup... I ordered just a regular burritos and basically got rolled up tortillas with hardly any filling, i also ordered chips with... cheese and literally had only enough cheese for two chips plus had to wait in line for 45 min, and you all want 15 + an hour forhorrible food and service? This TB is not worth it. I suggest going to the one on ellsworth, who give you what you pay for andhas a quick drive through! Read more
