This place has been on our list to try for a while and we marked it off tonight. Glad we did! Not busy when we were there but... the service was wonderful! Our waitress was super friendly and kept our drinks full. The food was delicious as well, had theBuffalo fries, patty melt, roasted beets with feta and fiance had the Fredo's pasta. Fletcher's Belleville is one of my favorite restaurants for many reasons. Besides being one of the few "sit-down" establishments... in the west end, they have a perfectly sized offering of menu options to satisfy a wide variety of tastes. Most meats are smokeddaily, steaks and other items finish on a wood fire grill, the burgers are some of the best you'll have. They run daily chef'sspecials for more variety and have a good selection of appetizers, pizzas and sandwiches as well. The fries are second to none.Most special diets should be able to fairly easily find a full meal of satisfaction, not leaving vegans and others picking offof the side items like at many places. Do not be fooled into thinking this is your average neon light, pool table, bud lightrice bar! The food is the focus here. Although every business has struggled with staff to some degree or another in recentyears, the overwhelming majority of my experiences have had, at a minimum, good server availability and entirely satisfactorykitchen times. Most of the time, you can expect exemplary service from a very dedicated core group of staff who really knowtheir stuff. At regular meal times, the place is usually busy, often packed, but I've rarely waited for a table for 2-4. The barusually has a few seats available otherwise. The restaurant has another location in Swansea on the east side of Bellevillelimits, but my experiences have always been better at the original location. I had Ed Harley's pasta and it was delicious. My husband had pizza and it was also delicious - crispy crust. Hot. Good balance... of flavors. Drink selection is decent. Good variety of food options as well! Informal atmosphere, reminded me of an English pub.I liked the casual low-key setting. Even had the right smell coming in the front door. Rude wait staff that appeared to not want to be at work. The staff choose to pull all the chairs out at the tables adjacent to... us and sweep under while banging tables. Our server was more preoccupied with running past us and grabbing things off the tablethan stopping to wait on us. No refills offered on drinks. The food was good if not hot. Further training should be handled bymanagement as the children don't seem to understand the atmosphere or job. Read more
The sweet potato fries were cold, the new order was burnt . Did not ask how I wanted my burger cooked. Stuffed mushrooms were... very good. Our server was very attentive. And the salad was so so. Read more

Atmosphere was nice. Our waiter Dustin was friendly and stayed on top of our drink refills. They have pepsi products for you... mountain dew lovers out there. The vegetables on my burgers tasted fresh cut which is always a good thing. They due have avegetarian burger. I recommend the buffalo fries as an appetizer. I did not use the bathroom so i can not comment on thecleanliness of it but the dining was kept clean. I will return. Read more
