When I walk in the restaurant my first thought was were is host but there wasn't any When walk up to get my food, the first... this the young lady said the menu is on the wall but I had order my food for pick up one thing i can say it was ready. I hadtaken to work for my dinner I wasn't happy at all. The macaroni and cheese was horrible when I try to warm it up the cheese wentmelt and noodles was overcooked and the spaghetti itself it wasn't good at all and the chicken taste like it was in vinegarsauce I wasn't very happy with my meal at all so I know everybody have their own opinion on everybody cooking but I wasn't happytoday and I just wasted money on this food that I had to throw away. I was expecting better quality food than what was in thatplate so I would never be going back to that restaurant at all for any thing. Read more
Yesterday, we stopped by after church and ordered "to go" the smothered pork chop, meatloaf, collard greens, potato salad, sweet... potatoes and peach cobbler. Everything was delicious and seasoned just right. We will definitely be returning soon and canhardly wait to try different entrees and side dishes. Read more

I know some will not like this rating. I've learned that people's tastebuds are based on where they come from and the flavor... they've become accustomed. Two of us dined at C and C; one from Ohio and I'm from North Carolina. Neither of us could eat thefood; we tried. I can't pinpoint the problem with the chicken wings but I know its a combination of how the flour was seasonedand the grease used to fry the chicken. Maybe the grease was old? I've never seen cabbage cooked that long where itsunrecognizable and I'm a neck-bone & cabbage girl (and cornbread of course). Our tastebuds did not like the mac and cheese norpotato salad. We arrived around 7pm tonight and they close at 8pm. The Staff was filling orders and we had to wait and see iffood would be left over before we ordered. We were told Thursdays and Saturdays are good days to visit. But I'm not sure if theyhave more staff or food on these days. The staff was nice but it would have been nice to get a free drink while waiting. Read more
The food was very good. I got the catfish with the deep fried corn and the sweet potatoes. Very good, not overly seasoned but... just right. The only thing I did not like was the music was way too loud, could barely hear the lady at the cash register.Also, I thought the type of music should be neutral, something most people are ok with, maybe instrumental. Be nice if she wasopen more on a regular basis. Read more
