Ate here twice during my stay in the city (Summer 2022). Still have no idea what the menu is and the people working were not... helpful. Seems like a local chain version of DQ. Super yummy as always! Love that they have weekly and daily flavors. Really love the rewards program too! Today - July 10th, we... went in after dropping kids off at camp. I accidentally ordered the wrong item, a brownie sundae with other stuff. When itcame out I realized that my gluten-free self wouldn't be able to eat said mis-ordered sundae.i asked for a cup to put part of mycustard into and then promptly worked on getting out the brownies. Gabe took notice and graciously made me the item I had trulywanted. I have always LOVED Whit's - at any location, but this situation that I created was kindly fixed for me. The skirt girl is so rude. I walked in and she did not greet me in any way. She looked at me with the straightest face and then... turned to the other girl and said ?go get them?. That madi girl was great though. Read more
The staff here is fantastic, this location is always clean and inviting. The mix-ins and sundae toppings are far better quality... than that other ice cream joint in town. Read more

Tracey and the rest of the staff are amazing! Not going to lie, when I first saw them come to town as "frozen custard" I was... thrown off. I gave it a try and it is by far the best ice cream/custard ever. It's the only place we go to now. Their loyaltyprogram is awesome and they are constantly experimenting with new flavors. Read more
