Dunkin' Donuts always rocks! I have effectively stopped going to Starbucks all together. I was a faithful and loyal Starbucks... customer from about 2007 onward and over the last year and a half, I rarely go back there. Dunkin's prices are better, thierselection is better, and I'm just not going to pay ridiculous prices anymore for my drinks. I could care less if Starbucks goesout of business. No skin off my nose. Service was terrible. 4 pm on a Monday and went to order some donuts when I was told that they only had 3 kinds available. ONLY... 3, when you?re a donut shop... the drive through is so small you can?t get around the car in front of you to leave. There wasonly one car in front of us so I figured it would be fine... yet I had to wait over 30 minutes to not even get a single donutbecause they were taking so long. I was excited to get some donuts! I ordered half a dozen on the app, but when I got there to get them I was told they didn't... have any of the kind I had ordered. Instead of refunding my money I had to get a bunch of donuts I don't like... maybe becauseit was the afternoon? I'll try it again another time. Giving 3 stars because the coffee is good but as a local getting this kind of quality makes me not want to come back. This was... supposed to be a bacon, egg, and cheese on croissant. You can hardly call that okay to just wrap up and serve to someone. Dobetter Dunkin? employees. Read more
