I took my grandmother here in hopes of enjoying a coffee and some snacks as it was her day out from the home. She is only... allowed one day every other week and I thought what better way than to spend it at such a well established restaurant such asTim Hortons. Was I ever wrong. The food was sub par as the coffee was Luke warm and the donuts tasted as though they were mademany hours ago. Unfortunately it only got worse. We were extremely respectful despite the situation with the food. However, theserver on duty berated us for speaking too loud despite having our tone only slightly above a conversation level to be heardover all the hustle. She yelled at us and told us that if we didn?t like it, we could leave. The only redeeming quality of ourvisit was a male worker working the window named Paden. His customer service was very inviting and he helped our very need.Suffice to say that after this situation we will not be returning. Read more
Coffee leaking from cup, staff double cupped it at window. While drinking coffee, spilled out side of cup, had defective cup or... lid. Spilled all in cup holder, just a mess. Had to turn around and go into store due to long line up in drive thru. Store had 5guests in front of me. Very slow due to shortage of staff at front cash. Cashier changed coffee, no apology, this was adisaster, and certainly not a good experience. Read more
One of the worst Tim Hortons I?ve ever been. The service is slow and they always run out of food past 1pm. I once ordered a Blt... sandwich around dinner, after I ordered my food I was informed their was no tomato available for my sandwich, I was fine withthis as I?m not the biggest tomato fan. But shortly after I was then informed their was no bread or lettuce left.
