Stopped here used the restroom and then went to the counter to order. The lady at the counter (older short dark hair glasses)... was very rude! Said you need to order at the kiosk! I literally just watched two men come out of the men's bathroom withoutwashing there hands and touch a kiosk.... I just looked at the woman and said I will not be eating here then! Clean, friendly and quick service. Open all night so made a good overnight rest stop for us. Full service station all in one.
Husband has been waiting over an hour for ?drawers? to be changed. It?s past midnight, he works over the road and he just wanted... a quick bite to eat. Meanwhile employees are on their phones, playing rap over a boombox and speaking profanely while theylounge around telling him it?ll be ?5 more minutes.? Initially it was ?30 minutes? over an hour ago. Would love to speak to theGM. And for anyone wondering why he can?t go somewhere else, he drives a semi so truck stops are ideal and at this time there?sbound to be limited places to eat where he can take his rig. When I went there today, after they said go ahead and order when you're ready I pause and then I started ordering but nobody... answered. It took them two tries of me saying hello before anyone answered. Then when I tried to order a kid's meal they triedto ring it up as separate items instead of as a kid's meal for example they charged six chicken nuggets and a small fry and whenI asked for the apple slices they asked me if I wanted the apple slices instead of the fries but when I tried to explain thatthis meal comes with kids fries and apple slices they said no it's all charged extra and then they tried to tell me that thekids meal did not come with a kids drink, every drink was extra but when I called a different McDonald's in the same area andask them if the kids meals came with drinks they said of course the kids meals were included with a drink. Now if it's just aseparate McDonald's policy at this particular one to charge for the drinks that's fine but they were rude, they weredisrespectful, and they seemed exasperated by my questions and then trying to charge me for each individual items rather thanfor the meals I'm requesting, that's very frustrating switch is why I'm giving a 1-star even though I wish I could give zeros.
