I love that chicken from Popeyes but sometimes the service can leave a bad taste in your mouth. I was recently in the drive... through at my local Popeyes and I was told to pull up (not uncommon for the area) and that my food will be out shortly. Almost 8minutes later my food comes I check the bag and I asked the woman who was their that I didn't get any dipping sauce she turnedaround with the wrong attitude and said she was working drive through and if I wanted them I would need to come inside. This is the WORST RESTAURANT EVER. They are rude, always out of half the menu, and do not focus on customer service. If the food... wasn't so good, I wouldn't bother going here. Every time I come there is a problem. If they are not out of something, then theyare backed up and very slow, forget multiple items you order, or just totally disrespect you to your face. This store is so badthat I've been in they're multiple times when the manager closes the dining room because he, "DON'T WANNA DEAL WITH NO MESSFROM NO CUSTOMERS IN HIS FACE!" Staff treated myself and my co workers different then other customers. We are white folks and the other customers were non... white. We ate there different times this past week and noticed it both times. The food is good and the orders are prepared fast.Other then not receiving the hospitality like others had received everything was good. Read more
My husband and I love Popeye's chicken. If I'm going to have chicken, I very much prefer Popeye's. It's always tasty and crisp.... It's never salty. It could be a little more spicy. The service and cashiers are always friendly and professional. Therestaurant is clean and well maintained. This is a great place to eat. Read more
Stopped by to grab some lunch to go. The restroom was a mess (photosattached) and they had a wet floor sign out and the floor... wasn't even wet. It was busy as heck and I truly believe they forgot to season the chicken tenders because all they had on themwas flower (photos attached) but they was fresh as they could get. Next time I stop by I'm asking if the chicken have seasoningfirst. Read more
Stopped here so my wife could get something to eat during our trip from Miami back to Kissimmee. She said they where so polite... and respectful. She ordered a frozen strawberry drink with her meal but it spilled in the car....and guess what? They gave heranother one free of charge. Thank you to all the workers that night I appreciate you.
