I payed for my order at the location. The shift manager said he just put it in. Manager placed pizza on counter and I asked if... it was mine. Manager looks at receipt and said no they hadn't made mine, said it must have been bumped. More orders were placeon counter. When I asked about mine he looked at the first pizza he put up and it was mine after all. 15 mins it sat there.Location is the one in bellbrook ohio. Read more
Haven't had Cassano's in years. I was not disappointed.
Ordered two pizzas late Sunday night, spent nearly $50. They delivered the wrong pizzas. It was late, we ate some of one. The... call center told us we could not get a refund since we ate over 25% of a pizza we didn't order. Didn't want a remake as it was11:00. Couldn't convince anyone on the phone that they can't keep my money for items they did not deliver, and that I was notfinancially responsible for random items brought to my home. Finally gave up after three calls to the call center. Went to thestore the next day. Luckily the guy in charge was willing to spend some time to get this resolved. He made a couple phone callsto the store manager and the call center. At first the call center tried to get away with a $15 credit, but again I explained Ispent nearly $50 for items that weren't delivered, and they finally agreed to refund my money. I cannot believe the hassle theyput me through, like this was some kind of scam I worked up. How can they legally think they can keep your money when they don'tdeliver the items paid for. Customer service at Cassano's is a joke, and one I will not fall for again. Read more
I live in Georgia so every time I get home to Dayton, I stop here. Great Cassano's!!! I'm blaming them for my Diabetes! Then... again, I'm also blaming Mike Sell's! HAHAHAHA!!! Great Pizza, and I'll always be back every trip home. Just wont be buyingthe extra large anymore. Thanks Guys!!! Read more
I grew up in Dayton on Cassano?s pizza, so it pains me to say was the last time I?ll buy their pizza. I live out of state now... and make it back to the area a couple of times a year to visit family. The quality of the pizza fell a few years ago when theyeliminated the salt or Corn meal on the crust. Today, I ordered a pizza and a salad. The pizza was over cooked and the salad hadnothing but lettuce?literally nothing else and not at all like the picture in their menu. After not serving that to my 88-yearold nursing-home bound mom, I returned to complain about the pizza and salad. All the manager did was offer to remake thesalad?.no offer of a refund for the salad, no apology, no nothing. Well, no more Cassano?s for me. Read more

Best pizza in Dayton! We routinely eat others but always come back to them... absolutely delicious..buttery thin crust, sauce is... bar none...just had it tonight because craving...was a little bit well done which is even better! Read more
