Came here for our traditional hibachi grill experience with friends from Houston. We had a table for ourselves (group of 4... adults and 4 kids). The food was great, most of us had either scallops, shrimp or steak with fried rice. I missed thattraditional shrimp sauce but it seems like other places are not offering that any more either. Quite pleasant experience overall. Very polite servers who were here to answer questions and bring extra sauces. My rolls:... California and Philadelphia did not disappoint, and I especially recommend the Philadelphia as the salmon was quite unlikeanything I have tasted previously. Ordered carryout hibachi from here . The order was ready when we arrived. We had 3 separate orders, all were correct. The... portions were smalll compared to the price paid. They put one pack of soy sauce per meal. I did not eat the salad it was justiceberg lettuce. The ginger dressing for the meal was perfect. Fried rice is an extra 3.50 per meal. Our overall experience was just ok. We've been to a few Hibachi grills so we are aware of the process. We made reservations but... our table wasn't ready when we got there, no big deal BUT there was no communication or apology. Once seated our waiter waslacking in basic knowledge and information about the menu. Our drinks took the longest to arrive and we had to ask other serversto find our server to get even a water refill. Our Hibachi chef was good but the food was just average if that. We do understandthat we are still in a pandemic but it certainly should not affect the food quality! Read more
First visit here recently me and a friend. We were upset cause they don?t carry yum yum sauce. Also our waiter wasn?t the best... at all! He lacked patience and communication. The amount of food they give is not worth what they are charging. I have been toother hibachi restaurants and left satisfied and very full. Overall our experience was okay! I did like the sweet tea. Attended a birthday celebration here last week. We had a party of about 20. Once half the party arrived we were seated (about 15... min later). This is where the roller coaster begins. Once seated we were greeted and provided our drinks. Some time later soupsand salads were brought out. About 30 minutes later we placed our orders. About an hour to an hour and a half later cookingbegins at our tables. Prior to this, we were informed it was last call and did we want to order anything else. My God! I don'tknow! I haven't gotten my first order!!! This grill is still cold!!! Once the cooks arrive they were pretty good. Our table hadthe best of the two. The others chef provided little to no entertainment. On the upside...drinks were kept full and the food wastasty. Good enough to return? Probably not. I don't like waiting two hours for my food, and being rushed through my meal, bybeing offered to go boxes. I felt it was rude. Read more
