I'm pretty sure they were short staffed so the service stars are not their fault. The food fresh and hot!
The staff was friendly. I think it's bad that I ordered 2 meals, and asked for sauce for our 2 orders of fries. Was told we... could only have 1 sauce. If we wanted more than 1 we would have to pay .15 for it. I had to break a $10 bill for .15. 95% of thebks we've been to will give you at least 2 sauces per meal. Went through the drive thru order is completely wrong missing stuff will definitely not be going back there again. When getting... my food from the window they started to hand it to me then pulled it away then started to hand it to me then pulled it awayagain then finally gave it to me smiling at me. Read more
Pretty fast and friendly. Don't think I've ever had much of an issue here. Foods just sometimes "okay".
Got 2 Whopper Jr's. They were very junior. Smaller than a kiddie burger. Onions were old and transparent. I'll post pics of the... baby burger. Spent $10 on $2 worth of food. Staff was friendly, but that was all that was good about my experience. Update: Iwent there today, got 2 of the coldest burgers I've ever recieved, that wasn't from the Bellaire's McDonald's. The onions weresee through and looked almost rotted. They replaced the sandwiches, but the lettuce was a nice shade of rotting brown, and hadto throw them away. Spent $20+ there for food for me and my youngest son, we will never go back. And by the way, their mediumfries are the same size as their large. That was a shock, but not a surprise. I guess BK is going down McDonald's rabbit holeand serving food that needs to end up in a dumpster. Read more
