Pretty average. The servers are usually friendly and helpful but the orders are periodically fulfilled incorrectly. Today I... ordered a 44oz drink with no ice because I just really wanted to maximize my Dr. Pepper intake. Well the cup came out filledabout 2 inches below the top and when I measured the liquid when I got home I was pretty disappointed as it didn?t even measure32oz (a whole size smaller!). For a fast food restaurant they tend to be on the slow side. Potentially a staffing issue unsure. During busy hours I usually... wait 10-15 minutes for a drink order. Additionally, no knock on this particular location, but the food quality at Sonic hasbecome progressively poor. A place I used to enjoy eating I now reserve primarily for only drinks and snacks. Shirley at the drive through was fantastic. She went above and beyond what was expected. I have been to a lot of Sonics and she... is by far the best employee I've ever encountered at any Sonic. She should be the one that trains the other employees. You'd behard pressed to replace her. She is a huge asset to your business. Especially now days when employees are hard to come by andespecially good ones. You need to give her a raise and take care of her. Read more

This Sonic is usually pretty good. The mornings and afternoons are the best times to go. The evenings not so much. It's ways... 50/50. One time is good, the next.... YUCK. Tonight when ordering I asked for a large drink with light ice. When I said, "lightice" THE young boy changed it to a medium and pressed, add ice. I said again, large, light ice. It got changed. When I got thedrink it was a medium. I said it was supposed to be a large. He then said with a condescending voice, "Did you look at thereceipt?" The receipt said medium. He obviously changed it after I pulled away. The cheddar peppers where old, stale, and cold.The fries were cold as well. The cheddar peppers just went into the trash. I've been to this sonic a couple times and everyone is always so friendly. Even when I waited only a few minutes they... apologized, and the girl in the drive thru offered me a complimentary water. Anyway, I ordered the steak butter bacon burger andomg it has to be one of the best burgers I've ever had and I'm shocked it's from a chain restaurant. It packs so much flavor Iwas enjoying every bite. I'll be back for more and y'all should keep this item on your menu forever! Good job! Read more
