Good food but a long wait time. However, they did have a sitting area for us to wait. Portions were decent.

Ordered food for my staff and they completely messed it up. Called them back and they couldn't refund or cancel the transaction.... They said I could get my money back next business day. Go to get my money and only get a fifth of the total amount. Disregardingthe fact they completely messed up my order, they stuck to only giving me a fraction of the total amount. The food here is usually pretty good. I usually get the pad thai while my husband gets different things. We can usually get by... getting two meals and sharing some of each with our child. Unfortunately, neither the quality nor the quantity is consistenteach time. However, it's never been bad! As a side note, the pad thai has more of an oily sauce, not a creamy peanut sauce. Idon't mind, but just a heads up to others who may be looking for that classic creamy peanut sauce. Read more

We had stopped coming here because the food is inconsistent and the spice level of medium changes each time. Sometimes it's... medium sometimes it hurts as they just dump clumps of chili oil on top. The chicken is often dry in at least one of our ordersso we stopped going. Last night we thought we would give it another chance. We don't eat out very often so it's always a treat.I called in my order, had it repeated back to me just to find that the order was wrong when it got home. We called to let themknow out of courtesy as I would want to know if it were my restaurant. The person we spoke to essentially told us that I waswrong and lied and had ordered something else. Tried for lunch today with my son. Got the Pad Thai w chicken and Sweet&Sour Chicken. Per previous reviews, portions ARE... generous! Tasted great, but I would have preferred a little heat/spice w my Pad Thai. Bad on me for not asking. Friendly staff,as our pager didn?t work, she walked it out to us.
