its an ok donut shop i just hate how the workers there tell me how im supposed to order my food . I am not the one inputting the... order on the register it's your job to figure that out . I've worked in a donut shop before and have never once told a customerthe correct way to order a sandwich . Read more

I came in and was told they no longer make Raspados. After telling her I came in last night for 2 raspados, 1 guava and 1... strawberry, she said they actually do and I got my strawberry raspado. How are you guys trying to sell when you guys are notpromoting your products and flavors. These two ladies Anabel and Maria Jose in the front have zero customer service skills. Imanage a restaurant. I would fire these ladies for not upselling, not promoting products, denying the products we DO have. Andlack of excellent Customer service skills. Sales are everything to me.
