When they tell you to pull over they will take your food hear me out ?say no and stay in line? they did this to me and 15 min... later my food wasn?t even coming my way. I wasn?t upset its the lack of communication that they did not inform me that my foodwas going to take 20min. Like just be honest since I place my order and say ?sorry for the inconvenience? it?s going to be a 20min wait since we don?t have any chicken available?. Like I?m still going to wait? who?s ever franchise this is needs to comeand retrained this KFC. I don?t work here and I very well know the menu every time I ask for a 2 piece meal they always say whatdrink? I asked for a meal it comes with 2 sides no drink. 1 more thing thank you for giving me the expired chicken for my mashpotato bowl. Don?t forget your employees and you all are replaceable. You should eat expired chicken next time you take yourbreak and see if you like it, you would do that why give it to a paying customer. Read more
Worst KFC I've ever gone to, I don't recommend. Also I went at 9:00 and they closed the doors when it closes at 10:00.

This place is terrible! There was a hair fried onto a piece of chicken. The taste if the chicken was terrible. It tasted old and... it dud not have that "KFC" taste. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were about to go bad. My son and I got a stomache acheafter tasting it. It has been the worse experience at a KFC. Read more
YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT I DON'T LIKE!!!??? Okay, here you go...The first time I went through the drive thru since a long time,... they didn't have mac and cheese and said that it would be a15 minute wait ????! Today I decided to use Postmates for an order,and I think they actually took longer. Okay got the incomplete order! That's right, incomplete! Didn't receive the mash potatoesand gravy but got two corns instead of one!!! Kiddos need to follow the instructions and make sure that the customer is going toenjoy the service and food. I asked for two honey BBQ sauces...didn't get them!!! Stupid people! I can't believe it! When Icalled the number to complain they never answered! I called about three times! Really? Who was hired? Who was fired? Ugh!!! Very disappointed with my meal. This is why I never go here they have horrible customer service. They never give you the right... stuff and one time they gave me some biscuits that were hard as a rock. Today 10/9 they gave us a whole meal we didn?t ask forwe said legs and thighs we got wings and 2 big thighs we said 2 Mac and cheese and only got one Mac and cheese.
