Ordered take out online tonight, and when we got it we didn?t get the the two orders of rice we ordered. I understand that... happens but when I called to get a refund they only offered to refund the extra we paid to get fried rice ($2) or a $5 credit touse next time. She said because the rice is included in the meal they wouldn?t refund the rice. Read more

I have never left a review but I'm so irritated. Treated so rudely at the Wok in Belgrade, MT. Only because I have to give a... star they get one. Ordered food early to have delivered by 5:00 when delivery starts. Called 5:25, she says delivery is late 15to 20 minutes till delivered so approximately 5:45. I asked her if it's going to be fresh and warm since I ordered so early. Sheassured me yes. We get the food 45 minutes later mind you and ALL of the food is cold not even luke warm. I called to tell herfood was cold and could tell it had been sitting. She said we're not going to serve you anymore bc you've complained before.Good ridden. Prices are too high and quality of food and service is awful any more. Last time I called was because on a priororder I tipped but when I got my statement $10.00 increase had been added to tip. I'm a good tipper to begin with but I considerthis stealing. We had asked for a full thing of sesame seeds instead of the usual teaspoon they offer and they wanted to charge!Isn't this a condiment such as Ketchup for a burger? Never again. Eating out is supposed to be a pleasure, this was FAR fromit. Can go eat at the phenomenal Oasis in Manhattan for what they charge and have fabulous food and service to match. Read more
Only because I had to give a 1 star. Food is always cooked in old grease and never what you order. $3 upgrade for sweet and... sour shrimp bumped down to chicken? Please make it make sense?.no more. Lamest fried rice ever. Not a single veggie in it. Egg foo young was decent. Door to back alley open and employees smoking in... the doorway smelling up the whole place. Waitress was the only one handling 9 tables. She did her best given the situation butservice suffered. Weird smooth jazz playing. Would not come back. Hire more people to help that waitress or have the guy withthe apple ear buds come out of the back and help. Read more
Worst ?Chinese? food ever. Everything that you order is not what you think. The sweet and sour chicken is AWFUL, 95% deep fry 5%... chicken if you?re lucky. The ?chow mein? is soup and disgusting. Crab wontons probably just a cream cheese ball deep fried. 6months later decided to give them another try and ordered different things. Just as bad. Panda Express is 1000% better. Read more
