We were greated with a note on our pizza box tonight. I felt it was rather rude and could of been handled better. They don't... have the option to add or subtract ingredients on thier specialty pizzas when ordering online. They only way to customize thepizza is to leave a note in the "special instructions" box. We recieved a call from the employee who left the note later thatnight after filing a complaint. Instead of apolgizing for the way the note came across, he proceeded to tell us that they areaware of the problem and when this happens they ask for extra money for those ingredients when the pizza is delivered. We paidan invoice online and dont expect the delivery driver to ask for more money when delivered. The simple solution for all partiesinvolved would be to fix the online ordering but he continued to tell me this works for them. As a customer I'm telling you itdosent. A better way to of handled our situation was to tell your customer "sorry the note left on your box came across rude.This is the issue and we are working on it." Simple as that. No excuses. Read more
My wife & I are long haul truck drivers & just by chance stopped here for a pizza. We got the ?meat deluxe with onions? & was... absolutely glad we did. They were friendly, pizza was very reasonably priced & pretty fast. The pizza was absolutely loaded withtoppings & when I say it was delicious that doesn?t do it near the justice it deserves. Went in to order pizza to go for my staff. I asked for one box to accommodate slices, breadsticks, and drinks for 4 people as it... would be much easier to carry to the vehicle. I was met with "sorry, we don't factor in the price of a box in a slice of pizza." I spent almost $40 for 4 people to get 6 slices of pizza and 3 half orders of breadsticks and they couldn't afford a $0.10-$0.30 box? I would have gladly purchased a box if it was offered. P.S.
