I want to start this review by saying I?m deathly allergic to red meats and the dairy from said meats. With that in mind, I... entered this establishment and asked the gentleman if the impossible whopper was cooked on the same grill as the beef products.He stated that indeed they were both cooked on the same grill without it being cleaned prior. I explained to him I was allergic.And he responded with I?m sorry maybe you could have a chicken sandwich instead. I excused myself from the restaurant and wentelsewhere. I don?t understand having the meatless option if said option it going to be cooked in the meat grease. It makes nosense and I will be contacting the corporate office with this complaint as well. I know a lot of people choose the veganlifestyle, however it?s not a lifestyle for me, it?s life or death. By the way, I do have to carry an epi-pen because of thisallergy and can provide medical documentation as proof of said allergy. Read more
ordered two of the new sandwiches and asked that they both be without lettuce or tomato... yet they both had it even though the... receipt clearly said both were to be without... tried to call to get it corrected and it rings for abit then someone picks upthe phone and instantly hangs back up! this has got to be the worst service i have seen since i last went to dairyqueen nearby! I took my Grandkids there because they have a play area. Play area closed. Very disappointing. Ate inside, and the food was... cold. Cheese wasn't even melted on the burgers. The plus side, we were the only ones inside. Read more
I have been through the drive thru twice. First time I wanted no mayonnaise. Just mustard. I got mayonnaise. Went back thru... and they gave me another. But it was a two patty and a tiny squirt of mustard. Two weeks later I went through and wanted a #1meal and was very specific. No mayonnaise, just mustard and add extra. I saw it on the screen "heavy mustard". When I took mymeal to a park to eat. I found a tiny squirt of mustard and a little more ketchup. See photo.
